Infinite Omelet (the "app") is made by Jeremy Ocampo. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
What we collect
Leaderboard. If you choose to submit a score, we collect the display name you type, your score, and a random device identifier created by the app. These are sent to our server (a Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) and shown on the global leaderboard. Your name and score are visible to other players. Please do not use your real name or personal information.
Advertising. The app shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (if you allow tracking), approximate location (derived from your IP address), information about the ads you see and interact with, and technical diagnostics such as crash and performance data. Google uses this to serve and measure ads. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
On your device only. Your personal best, sound settings, tutorial progress and the state of your last run are stored on your device and are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To run the leaderboard (app functionality).
- To show and measure ads (third-party advertising and analytics).
- To keep the app working and fix problems (diagnostics).
We do not sell your personal information.
Tracking choices
On iOS the app asks whether it may track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can say no and still play. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the UK and EEA you may also be shown a consent form for ads, which you can answer as you wish.
Moderation
Leaderboard names are filtered for offensive words, and you can hide any player with the ✕ button. To report an abusive name, email us at the address below.
Your choices and deletion
To have your leaderboard name and scores removed, email us with the name you used and we will delete them. You can also stop leaderboard data being sent by never tapping "Submit Score".
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
